Product Overview
This training program discusses methods to impact organizational change, with a focus on medication error elimination. Goals of successful change management and how to accomplish them are reviewed. This applies to individuals and organizations or facilities with many staff, as well as those with just a few staff. By the end of this program, the participant will be able to: • Discuss three theories/models of change that can be used when implementing organizational change. • List three factors impacting organizational change. • Identify qualities of a supportive organizational culture. • State the differences between transactional vs. transformational leadership. • Recognize the seven stages of personal concerns people experience during big changes. • Review best practices to address your own personal concerns.
Return And Exchange
GE Healthcare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
