Product Overview
The Circulation Air Fan is a fan that is mounted over the upper chassis of an incubator. It is assembled along with rubber adapter & fan seal from the top of the fan motor shaft. It is used in circulate the warmed air around the incubator and also to cool the surroundings parts when overheated. To repair or replace the fan, remove the rotating bed, translation deck, tilt platform, pan and remove the fan from the top of the fan motor shaft. The fan is assembled over the heat sink by using fan seal, the fan motor shaft is aligned to fully secure the heat sink with its mounting screws. The material used for fans in the incubator is Valox™ 357. It has excellent chemical resistance and is a flame retardant. The fan comes as a part of Giraffe™ Carestation Incubator, MIC Giraffe™ OmniBed, Modular, MIC Giraffe™ Warmer, MIC Panda™ iRES Warmer, ARC Aisys, ARC Tec 7 Vaporizer, ARC Aestiva 7100 and MIC - Other Infant Care.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
