Product Overview
The Gantry Encoder Assembly consist of an incremental optical encoder, bush, encoder plate, wheel mounting hub, weight block, carrier bracket, gear and fasteners. An incremental optical encoder is a linear or rotary electromechanical device that has two output signals which produce pulse when the device is moved. The single-turn encoder is placed inside the gantry. The encoder keeps track of the gantry axial motion and position. The parts in the assembly are manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a high dimensional accuracy and ensures a perfect fit for the parts. The plate, block, bracket and gear hub are made from steel which possess good mechanical properties like high tensile strength, impact and wear resistance ensuring a long life span for the parts. All the parts in the assembly are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect. The steel parts are also zinc plated to enhance properties. All the fasteners used in the assembly are made from high grade material and possess high proof load capacity.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
