The Air Filters with Labels – GH are used in incubators that are an enclosed apparatus used for premature babies or neonates to provide warmth in a controlled and protected environment. It contains a microprocessor that controls effective thermal conditions and features like doors that allow access from either side, displays, humidifier and a bed manifold with a mattress. The humidifier module maintains a selected humidity percentage (moisture content) relative to readings from a humidity sensor in the infant compartment. A reservoir containing distilled water is provided in the module. This air filter is located behind the humidifier and the filter cover which is fastened to humidifier by means of screws. It filters the air entering into the humidifier and keeps the incubator free from dust, bacteria and contaminants. It can be replaced whenever it appears dirty or has been used with an infectious patient. Each unit is packed in a polybag and 10 filters and a Kraft paper envelope package with a label affixed to it with part number, description and bar code.
